The Direct Action Compact Med Pouch Horizontal is a horizontal medical gear pouch designed for carry on a belt, tactical platform or MOLLE/PALS compatible equipment. It is suitable for organizing essential first aid items and for outdoor, tactical, duty or personal gear use. The pouch is made from 100% Nylon Cordura® 500D with a fabric grammage of 225 g/m², offering durability for frequent use. Inside, it features elastic loops for secure retention of medical essentials. The removable insert has a Hypalon® handle and can be operated with one hand, allowing quick access to the contents. A wide elastic loop at the top can carry a tourniquet, while the Velcro® panel with MED marking helps with rapid pouch identification.
