Right to Return Products
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide a reason (according to Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection).
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used, are unused, in their original packaging, and with all their tags and accessories.
In order to meet the deadlines, the entire process (notification and return of the products) through which you exercise your right of withdrawal must be completed before the expiration of the corresponding deadline.
Return Process
To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service at info@sabotage-oddal.gr (contact form) or by phone at +30-2521032858 to inform us of your intention to return the product. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for the return.
The product must be returned to our address within 14 days of your communication with customer service.
Once the products are received by us, SABOTAGE ODDAL will confirm their excellent condition and send the new products (in case of an exchange) or return the purchase amount after coordinating with you.
Exceptions to the Right of Return
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used or opened from their original packaging.
- Special orders or products that were made upon your request.
- Products that have been damaged due to improper use.
Product Exchange Process
You can request to exchange the product for another from our online store. The exchange will take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
For the exchange, the product must be returned in excellent condition (unused, unopened, with security seal, and in its original packaging with all tags).
All returned products should be carefully packaged in additional packaging to prevent damage to the original packaging during the return shipping process.
Each return product should be accompanied by the corresponding proof of purchase (receipt - invoice).
In case of exchange involving products of different values, the customer must pay the difference or receive the corresponding refund.
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping costs, unless the product was shipped incorrectly or is defective. In this case, we will cover the return and new product shipping costs.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product. The refund amount will be credited to the same account or payment method used for the purchase (according to the agreement with the customer).
Please remember that you should not provide your credit card details via email, fax, or social media.
Please note that shipping costs and other charges such as bank fees will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or a different product than the one you ordered, or if the product's quality is unacceptable, please contact customer service immediately so that we can arrange for the return or replacement of the product.
Once we confirm the mistake or defect, we will proceed without undue delay to refund or send a new product (depending on the customer's preference).
Return shipping and new product shipping costs will be covered by us, provided you have attached proof of the return shipping costs to the returned package.
Please note that shipping costs are refunded after the products are returned.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and SABOTAGE ODDAL will not accept returns without the shipping costs being paid.
