How can I cancel or change my order?
You can contact us via email at info@sabotage-oddal.gr if you wish to cancel or modify your order. As long as your order is in the processing stage, we can cancel it and refund your money, or we can modify it following your instructions. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the Returns & Exchanges process as described in the SABOTAGE ODDAL return and exchange policy.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched from us, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number for your order. You can then track the status of your shipment on the official websites of the courier companies we work with.
When should I expect my order?
Once your order is completed, you should expect it within 1 – 4 business days (courier service) or 10 – 12 business days (sea shipping – freight transport).
