The Helikon-Tex Tourniquet Pouch is a compact tactical pouch designed for secure carrying and rapid deployment of CAT-type tourniquets and similar medical equipment. Its durable Cordura® construction provides increased abrasion resistance and reliability in demanding field environments, while the MOLLE/PALS system allows attachment to plate carriers, tactical vests, battle belts and backpacks. The flap uses a hook & loop closure with a non-slip pull tab for fast and intuitive opening even while wearing gloves. Two elastic side loops allow carrying a marker used for recording tourniquet application time according to TCCC procedures. The pouch supports both vertical and horizontal mounting and includes a drainage hole at the bottom for moisture removal. Suitable for military, patrol, law enforcement, airsoft and tactical medical applications.
