The ASP Scarab Tri-Fold Cutter is a cutting tool designed for the safe removal of single-use restraints and ASP Tri-Fold flexible handcuffs. Its compact construction allows easy carry with duty gear, while keyring attachment helps keep it immediately available. The tool locks closed for safer carry and storage. The design is intended for use with ASP Tri-Fold Restraints, which are single-use restraints / flexible handcuffs that must be cut off after application. The cutter is used for fast and safe removal, reducing the need to use unsuitable cutting tools.
