The Sealskinz Stanfield Waterproof Extreme Cold Weather Mid Length Sock is a waterproof mid-length sock designed for extreme cold, wet conditions and demanding outdoor use. Its 3-layer construction combines a durable outer surface, waterproof membrane and warm inner lining. Aquasealz™ technology helps release internal heat and moisture while preventing water from entering from the outside. The outer layer is made from 90% nylon and 10% elastane, offering durability and 4-way stretch for an improved fit. The middle layer is the Aquasealz® waterproof membrane, while the inner layer combines Merino wool, acrylic, polyester, nylon and elastane. The Merino wool blend and terry-loop knitting inside help provide thermal protection, sweat-wicking and a comfortable feel against the foot. Seamless construction and elastic ankle support provide a secure and comfortable fit. The socks are suitable for winter sports, skiing, snowboarding, mountain hiking, alpine crossing, fishing in cold conditions, fishing with waders, camping and general outdoor use in low temperatures.
