GARMONT NEMESIS 6.2 GTX TACTICAL BOOTS WATERPROOF

The Garmont Nemesis 6.2 GTX Tactical Boots are waterproof tactical boots designed for activities requiring speed, agility and athletic movement. Garmont officially places the model in its tactical and military range and equips it with GORE-TEX®, Vibram®, Ortholite® and a.d.d.® technologies. The upper is made from Lenzi Perspair, a lightweight high-performance textile engineered with abrasion-resistant polyurethane threads woven directly into the fabric. Tactical Armour lists the composition as 56% polyurethane, 38% polyamide and 6% polyester. One Piece of Upper construction allows most of the upper to be produced as a single woven structure, reducing seams and potential weak points. The material is listed with abrasion resistance up to 200,000 cycles under EN 13520 / ISO TR 20879 testing. The Nemesis 6.2 GTX is also listed with Level 5 cut resistance according to EN 388. Its three-layer GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort construction provides durable waterproof protection together with high breathability and efficient heat transfer. The toe area uses a 0.95 mm thermoplastic synthetic reinforcement, while the heel uses a 1.3 mm thermoplastic reinforcement. Additional 1.2 mm abrasion-resistant rubber protection is used around the toe and heel. Garmont’s Ergo Last and a.d.d.® technologies follow the natural asymmetric shape of the foot. The design includes an asymmetrical cuff, anatomical tongue, differential ankle pads, precision lacing and a roomy toe box for improved fit, stability and comfort. The midsole uses a Double Damper system. The main EVA midsole cushions ground impact, while an internal heel damper provides additional shock absorption. A reinforced midfoot section improves torsional stability, and a thin TPU layer in the forefoot adds protection on rugged terrain. An Ortholite® X-35 Hybrid footbed provides moisture management and long-lasting cushioning. The Vibram® Extended outsole uses high-performance rubber and a specialized tread configuration for traction, stability and braking performance across uneven terrain.
