The LALO Rapid Assault 6 Tactical Boots are lightweight duty boots designed for speed, flexibility and all-day wear. LALO developed the model as a hybrid between athletic footwear and a tactical boot, providing cushioning and support without excessive bulk. The upper is constructed from durable 1000D Cordura® nylon. A hidden lace pocket and sleek eyelet loops maintain a streamlined profile and help reduce potential snag points. Trek Dry™ lining provides moisture-wicking, hydrophobic and antimicrobial performance using carbonized bamboo. Drainage ports create a two-way passive drainage system designed to move moisture away from the foot. The LALO OCF – Operator Component Fit System is engineered for a secure operational fit. An EVA heel counter improves stability, while a carbonized rubber toe cap provides additional durability and protection. Multi-density EVA construction cushions the foot at impact and is designed to provide propulsion during toe-off. The rocker-shaped sole encourages a mid-foot strike and forward momentum during movement. The signature LALO Off-Road Traction Pods (ORTP) provide slip-resistant traction across trails, mixed substrates and roads. The articulating heel and outsole geometry are also designed to assist in reducing movement noise. The Rapid Assault is breathable and drainable rather than waterproof.
