The Original S.W.A.T. Metro Air WP Side Zip tactical boots are designed for extended professional wear, combining waterproof protection, comfort and stability. Their construction is 100% waterproof while remaining breathable, helping protect the foot in wet conditions without compromising ventilation. They feature a Bloodborne Pathogen-Resistant membrane designed to protect against pathogenic microorganisms in accordance with ASTM F1671-07. The upper combines durable 1000 Denier fabric with leather for increased resistance during intensive use. A YKK side zipper allows quick entry and removal. The padded tongue and collar improve comfort and ventilation, while the removable EVA orthotic insole adds cushioning and support. The Metro outsole is designed to provide slip-resistant performance on surfaces affected by water or oil, as well as during movement on stairs. The outsole is stitched to the boot at the front and rear for increased durability. The lightweight EVA Phylon midsole provides cushioning and support, while the Texon platform enhances lateral stability. Non-metallic hardware makes the boots suitable for environments with security screening.
