The Original S.W.A.T. Metro Air 9 SZ WP are waterproof tactical boots designed for extended professional use, combining comfort, stability and protection. Their construction is 100% waterproof and breathable, helping protect the foot from moisture while maintaining ventilation. The upper combines durable 1000 Denier fabric with leather. A YKK side zipper allows fast entry and removal, while the padded tongue and collar enhance comfort during prolonged wear. The Metro outsole features a specialised design intended to provide secure traction on surfaces affected by water or oil and during movement on stairs. The outsole is stitched to the upper at both the front and rear for increased durability. The lightweight EVA Phylon midsole provides cushioning and foot support, while the Texon platform improves lateral stability. A removable orthotic EVA insole provides additional comfort and support. The Bloodborne Pathogen Resistant membrane is designed to protect the foot against pathogenic microorganisms in accordance with ASTM F1671-07. Non-metallic hardware also makes the boots suitable for environments involving security screening.
