PENTAGON HOPLITE WATERPROOF TACTICAL PARKA JACKET

The Pentagon Hoplite Parka is a winter tactical parka designed for use in rain, wind and cold-weather conditions. Its outer shell is made from 100% Nylon Taslon with a laminated construction rated at 5,000 mm waterproofness and 5,000 g/m² breathability according to the American Standard. The outer surface also features a Grade 4 DWR Teflon treatment.  Taped seams help maintain waterproof protection by reducing water penetration through stitched areas. The insulation uses 200 g/m² padding in the body and 160 g/m² in the sleeves, providing substantial thermal protection without excessive bulk. Pentagon specifies a Comfort Zone around 5°C and an Extreme Zone around -5°C. Dual-direction underarm ventilation openings include insect-repellent mesh, allowing heat to escape during increased activity. The hand pockets and neck are lined with fine fleece for additional comfort and warmth. Storage includes two chest document pockets, one internal document pocket and an RFID wrist pocket. A 3-point adjustable hood provides improved fit and weather protection, while adjustable wrist straps help reduce cold-air and moisture entry. Waterproof zippers complete the protective construction, making the Hoplite Parka suitable for tactical, professional and outdoor use.
