The ESP BH-04-HL Swivel Holder is an open belt holster designed for carrying ESP Friction Lock expandable batons in 16", 18" and 21" lengths. The holder is suitable for batons with HL handles, meaning smooth anti-slip handles with a leather-like texture. The reinforced polymer / plastic construction provides hardness and high resistance to mechanical damage. The UBC-01 belt mount allows full 360° rotation and angle adjustment in one of 16 positions. It is designed for belts from 50 to 93 mm wide and uses a clamping system that allows mounting without removing the belt. The holder construction opens automatically after releasing the strap, allowing fast one-handed access to the baton. When the strap is open, it also allows carrying the baton in an extended position.
