The FMA AN/PVS-31 Dummy is a non-functional binocular night vision replica designed with the appearance of an AN/PVS-31 style system. It is intended for airsoft, milsim, display collections and realistic helmet setups without the use of an actual night vision device. The set includes the main NVG body and a separate battery box, providing a more complete night vision equipment appearance. It can be combined with a compatible NVG mount and helmet shroud depending on the mounting system being used. It does not provide night vision capability, image intensification or functional IR performance and is intended strictly as dummy equipment.
