The Original S.W.A.T. Alpha Fury 8 SZ are high-performance operational boots that combine the comfort and flexibility of athletic footwear with the stability, reliability, and functionality required for extended professional use. The 8-inch construction provides enhanced ankle support while maintaining excellent mobility. The upper combines durable microfiber PU with quick-drying Air Mesh. Seam-free construction in key areas helps reduce weight and improves flexibility, while abrasion-resistant reinforcement around the toe and mudguard increases durability. The advanced UFit lacing system helps position the foot securely inside the boot, reducing unwanted movement and rubbing. The 8-inch version incorporates additional UFit support around the ankle, while the side zipper provides fast entry and removal. A lightweight dual-density EVA midsole incorporates a shock-absorption zone for comfort and fatigue control. The Alta-lite™ dual-density blown PU insole provides additional cushioning and underfoot support. The rubber outsole is slip-resistant and exceeds ASTM F2913-17 requirements for slip resistance. A gusseted tongue helps prevent sand, dirt and debris from entering the boot. Custom-moulded thermoplastic heel and toe components provide additional protection and comfort. The Stationary Achilles Cushion supports and protects the Achilles area, while the non-metallic construction makes the boots airport friendly.
