The Pentagon Teddy Polartec® Alpha™ Sweater is an active-insulation garment designed for changing conditions. It can be worn as a standalone sweater or as an insulated mid layer beneath an outer shell or jacket. Polartec® Alpha™ technology provides adaptive thermal regulation, retaining warmth when needed while allowing excess heat and moisture to escape during higher-output activity. This makes it particularly effective during stop-and-go activities. The garment uses Polartec® Alpha™ Eco Fabric made from 100% polyester and 100% recycled materials. Its hydrophobic performance helps manage moisture and supports rapid drying. The construction is lightweight, durable and highly compressible, making the sweater easy to pack and carry during outdoor activities or travel. A premium YKK® zipper is used at the front. The sweater includes two zippered hand pockets and two internal storage pockets, while the insulated hood provides additional warmth and weather protection. A Hook & Loop panel on the upper left sleeve allows patches or insignia to be attached. The Regular Fit makes the garment suitable both as a standalone layer and as part of a multi-layer clothing system.
