The Pentagon Ajax Fleece is a high-insulation fleece jacket designed for everyday, outdoor and operational use in cold conditions. Its construction balances dependable thermal performance with breathability and comfortable extended wear. The main fabric is 100% high-volume polyester fleece with a weight of 385 g/m². Pentagon specifies a high CLO insulation rating, providing significant warmth without the bulk associated with heavier insulating garments. Flatlock seams create a smoother construction and help reduce friction points, especially when the fleece is worn beneath an outer shell or together with load-bearing equipment. Storage includes two zippered chest pockets plus an additional zippered side pocket for smaller essentials. Softshell material reinforces the chest and neck areas, improving durability in high-wear zones and adding some additional protection against wind.
